I’m back to 145. I’m having a hard time getting under 140. Some days, i just feel like giving myself permission to eat what i want. I need to stop doing that and start regulating what I eat. Anyway, it is what it is.

How I did it: I made up my mind to be done for good. I imagined myself 50 years from now if i continue smoking, and then i imagined myself 50 years from now if i quit smoking and decided which life i would prefer. Then i stuck with it. When i felt like smoking, i would pray for strength to not smoke. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I go to church every sunday. I listen to the Christian channel on the radio. I went to a Christian mother's group and made friends who are Christian. I go to bible studies, once a semester. I read my bible. I pray more often. Gardening also helps me feel appreciative of the beauty that God has given me. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I went to class, read the textbooks, wrote the papers, and clocked the field placement hours. I didn't give up and i continued even when i was going through personal hardships in my life. I kept my eyes on the goal and never wavered. Read how I did it…

I graduate in May. Last year’s research project/moving to a new area stuff was probably the most stressful of all my educational years, but this final semester is wearing me out….i’m at the point now where i want to be done and over with college….I have an extreme case of senioritis. I want to be done now. I’m glad i’m almost done. I will be on the other side shortly. And then the celebration begins. :-)
Finished about three weeks ago…..LOVED IT!! Can’t really say too much about it bc i don’t want to spoil it for anyone out there. Just beautifully written…now i’m onto Mansfield Park. I’m halfway through it, but i need to set it down to finish my Master’s, then i’ll pick it back up again…but it’s hard to put a good book down, so chances are I’ll finish it before I graduate. LOL.
