I carry around a notebook with me everyday so I plan to record my one thing each day.
I’m interested in this, I’m not planning on forcing myself to do it, but I’ll try for capturing more moments at least.
Its really not that bad…..depends on where you get it. Mine is on the front of my right hip. It only hurt when he went towards the bone, otherwise its similar to having your teeth drilled….that same basic unpleasant vibrating sensation.
