How I did it: I didn't initially save, and instead paid down some oustanding debt. Once completed, as I watched my return on my 401(k) get a negative, I opted to cut back 1/2 my 10% input to 5%, and then did an approximate calculation for that remaining 5%. I then set up an automatic transfer to move that 5% automatically into an interest bearing savings account each paycheck -- small interest, but interest-bearing in this economy, nonet… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Between reading a dummies book, researching online on the BOB forums, and my company paying for a reporting class, I know a chunk of what is a massive application. Alot of what I'm learning is by trial and error. I would like to take more advanced classes from Business Objects. Read how I did it…
I actually want to learn this as well. Good into I figure into the world of Business Intelligence. My work has me going to a BO reporting course in August, so I guess that’s a start.
Also picked up BO XI Release 2 for Dummies.
