ive just got back from a holiday about 2 weeks ago and i put on about 4kg while i was there. i know im not fat but if i keep bingeing like this i will be soon.
i was doing so well for the past 3 days and today all id had was an apple but i wrecked it this afternoon when i ate half a jar of nutella!!! i felt so sick but i threw up most of it. this took me ages though as only little bits came up each time.
how can i make it so i can throw up a lot all at once?
