i weighed myself on two scales today.
one scale read 125, the other 122.
i think the 125 is more accurate, but either way, i’m thrilled.

last summer, after dieting and exercising more i weighed 123.
about a month into school, i had stopped dieting and my metabolism had changed.
by january, i weighed around 138. at my heaviest, i was 139.5.
from last june, i weighed in at 130.
i am now 128.
short-term goal: 125.
long-term goal: 120, obviously. :)
so i’m on vacation, and i’ve been replacing everything i drink at home (soda, iced tea, etc.) with water, on account of i’m staying with my sister and she doesn’t keep any of those things around.
i’ve felt noticably more healthy and i’ve actually dropped a couple pounds, and therefore am already moving towards my other goals.
i’d like to drink the recommended amount.
[i have been drinking milk also, but i’m a vegetarian and i’ve got to get my protein whenever i can! :)]
