i jog around my neighborhood every chance i get when the weather cooperates. it has really put my body in the best shape of my life and i am now all toned for summer! i highly recommend it.
it’s more useful if you have somewhere to perform. i joined orchestra in 5th grade and am now in the advanced orchestra at my high school. we have concerts every now and then, but it helpes if you used your skill in other places. i play in church sometimes.
