I’ve been a lazy vegan for about a year now, meaning I would eat meat and dairy occasionally and not even feel bad about it! But I’m tired of it so I decided to go ultra-strict vegan and cut it all out from every aspect of my life…(aka no sugar or jello or buying leather) and i feel great! as long as you have a couple of good cookbooks (i recommend how it all vegan & garden of vegan) its easy to make the transition, and its also fun! i love cooking new dishes because its always new and exciting rather than a different take on an old dish (like chicken or pork). It really gets your creative juices flowing…and on top of that, its so much better for you and for the environment.
