Yeah, this is true, but he isn’t what I want. It’s not just about finding a great guy, it’s about finding a great guy that I can spend the rest of my life with. I am a new Christian, he is not a Christian. This will not work. It has taken me a few weeks to finally decide this, but with God’s help I know I am making the right decision. My self esteem and self image can’t take someone who doesn’t hold the same beliefs I do. I refuse to compromise.
Not only did I volunteer today, I got someone else to volunteer too! I had a great time at a party hosted by a social service agency for the CARE Program’s clients. Not many people showed up, but everyone had a good time anyway.
