Im really bubbly and completely myself when Im with guys Im not interested in. But when Im near anyone I like, I just clam up, freeze and often avoid them. Its so frustrating! Consequently, the former think I want to go out with them, and the latter think Im invisible..or worst of all, don’t like them. Grrr…

Try reading the ‘30 days with a great spiritual teacher’ series. I’ve been reading the Catherine of Siena one this year, and its been so helpful. ...And there’s lots of others in the series: Julian of Norwich, Hildegard de Bingen, Teresa Avila, Francis de Sales, Mother Teresa, St Francis of Assisi. I can’t wait!!
my sis said it improves your circulation…so what did i do?? i ran barefoot in the snow! what can i say – it was so cold, it felt like my feet were burning…and it took ages for them to warm up again…but you know what?? it was worth doing – it made me feel so alive and vital! would i do it again? ...Hmmm, maybe!
