one of the spiritual arts that i have learned over the years from my mum (who is a psychic/medium ) was to bend time, not know of course that it was a kinesis. im not a master of this kinesis but i have an understanding of this ability and have used it whenever im running late for school or an event by slowing time around me.

after learn about electrokinesis i want to learn about the water element of the kinesis list. i have always loved water and everything about it. it’s such a beautiful element, but sadly i dont know where to begin to even learn how to uses hydrokinesis. so if there is anyone out there who can teach me the basics to get started please, i will appreciate the genorousity. thank you.

I CAN DO ELECTOKINESIS…....i think?
i was at my computer when i thought to do some clairvoyent practise (put two fingers, like the index fingers, together and separate them from each other only a few centremeters and try to focus on a line of energy that is created between the tips) and i saw a spark of light and im thinking wtf thats never happened before, but it looked like a spark of electic energy. so i concentrated on the element and it happened again with the sparks of light running through the line of energy and im like does this mean i can do electrokinesis and i got so excited that i researched on it abit…...........soooooooooo, the thing is does anyone have any tips that they can give to me that might help develope this ability, please? cos if i do have it i would like to work on it.
