first step: find a location
criteria (i think): public, relatively quiet, food and/or drink possible (though not necessarily at the venue itself), central, comfortable.
i’m thinking perhaps of something like the upstairs area at Six Arms, Elliott Bay Cafe (if it can be reserved or seating space can normally be acquired there).
