Falling behind

I wanted to complete this goal by spring but I seem to keep re-scheduling my speeches. I still have 6 to go! ...I think.
Gotta get down to the work of writing/giving speeches!



learn to sleep on my back
Why?

I hear it’s lots better for your back (a worry of mine) and core. As I get older, I also find sometimes I wake up and the shoulder I slept on is sore.
I have been trying to do this for many years; I inevitably wake up on my stomach.
