It’s quite hard work learning a language. Even more so if you want to learn more than one. But if you start when you’re 15 and learn one every three years, you could know nine languages by the time you’re 40!

I have learned four languages now. You just need the right approach, with a degree of persistence.

But the only problem is I’m 38. I do speak five languages fairly fluently though, so it’s a good start.
