How I did it: I have an ice cream machine so following the instructions in the Ben & Jerry's cook book I froze the bowl part for 24 hours then poured disturbing amounts of cream & sugar in the bowl whilst mixing. I was trying to make Rolo cup but my crap local supermarket didn't have any Rolos so I had to substitute Munchies, which were absolutely amazing anyway. First, the man is incredibly hot and incredibly intelligent, so that is enough in itself but let’s look at the facts:
a) The man can read census reports and remember them, he can memorise vast quantities of playing cards. Does this sound like a man who would forget a birthday or anniversary?
b) You know when you say no but you mean yes? When quite clearly, by the inflection of your voice and the tone of the, “No, I don’t mind doing the washing up” actually means, “If you don’t do the washing up I will leave you”. Most men seem immune to the subtleties of women, but not Derren! He wouldn’t even need you to say it! He would read you face and your body language (not, contrary to popular opinion, your mind) and know. I’m not saying he’d do it, but he would know.
