Now I can do these against a wall but still need someone to help me get into position. Once up, I can go over 5 minutes in reasonable comfort. So, first up, I need to work towards getting up against the wall (and coming back down) by myself.

How I did it: Well obviously there was more than a few things to fix and I struggled with it for almost two years before I could confidently say that I've kicked it. After some time, people DO mostly give up trying to get you to go for parties and other social functions – now if only I could find a job I could do entirely from home…
At the moment I work part time and freelance for several people which means that I still have to spend some time in various offices and commuting and so on… oh well
And a genuine little monster he is too – except when he’s sleeping :)
