Now I can do these against a wall but still need someone to help me get into position. Once up, I can go over 5 minutes in reasonable comfort. So, first up, I need to work towards getting up against the wall (and coming back down) by myself.

After some time, people DO mostly give up trying to get you to go for parties and other social functions – now if only I could find a job I could do entirely from home…
At the moment I work part time and freelance for several people which means that I still have to spend some time in various offices and commuting and so on… oh well
