My son is in baseball right now, and so are many of the kids in the neighborhood. I’ve been going to the games as often as my work schedule allows, and I’ve spent more time with the neighbors in the past two months than I’ve managed to spend in the last two years! Very good, easy way to combine several goods things into one.

I’ve been eating vegetarian for nearly four years. My reaon is that I cannot participate in the commercialization of animals, the factory farming, and the impact that it is having on our planet and our souls. I think the most important thing is to listen to your body over time, do what you feel is right for your health and well being at that given time, and don’t judge yourself (or others, for that matter). Do it for the right reasons. Find your reasons, and those will be the right ones.
