How I did it: I had to decide what I wanted on my vision board. The problem was I had too many visions so I created a board for each area of my life: self, family, career, relationship, spirit, financial abundance, and adventure. They have podcast which are about 25 minutes long. I figure if I can be on the computer for 60 minutes, I can find 25 minutes to practice yoga (this includes meditation).
