roaccutane = for really bad acne
diane35 (birthcontrol pills, dunno what the medical name of that is) for medium degree acne
benzoyl peroxide is good for the occasional spots (altho it burned my sisters face and now she still has dark spots on her nose from 15 years ago) so i dont recommend it.
i’ve yet to try Proactiv, its been said to work (for a while at least, til you get immune)
I think the reason people get easily spotty is bec they are alergic to dust (like me). My derma has recommended Cetaphil wash, clindamycin solution, tretinoin/glycolic acid to be applied EVERY FRIKKIN DAY. sigh
But what i really want to do is do glycolic peel, a costly treatment that requires going to the derma 3-5x before it really clears up, and stays clear for months (provided that one takes care of their skin).
See a derma if you really are serious about the glycolic treatment :)

its kind of like chess. i have to think beyond 2 or 3 moves in advance. i have to be able to know & visualize the opponents move and do backup plans in case the main one backfires.
just as with business OR pleasure, i should be able to think and plan beyond a few months projects, beyond a whole year.

I had ear surgery when i was a kid and despite my love for the beach and water, i can only skindive up to 15-20feet or something. I think my doctor said something like i can, and i do know some people who also had ear problems and told me equalizing would just be a little harder for me… but i guess i neever really got into it. one day, ill do it. How much is it again?

Well, its hell to keep picking up strange people to session for you. sometimes they dont show up for gigs.
so im sticking to my bandmates… making sure they are committed to the gig beforehand.
my favorite set of bandmates (ive had a few bands, and currently 2) are the ones ive had since high school :-)

Guess what? My grade , right before the operation was 1025 & 975. My grade just kept going up about a hundred every year from when i was 10 until i had lasik done after my 24th bday.
It feels liberating to not have to wear contacts and wake up to a bright, clear day! If you have the money, the 15minute surgery is definitely worth doing.

well, i just either want to be a rockstar or a filmmaker. Either im good at directing or editing.
Or being a sassy entrepreneur (or can anybody really be famous for being a jill-of-all-trades, master of none?). I think i owe it to my family, since everyone else is famous & well-loved.

I need to meditate, focus. lately ive been blowing off so much steam it annoys even me. i yell at everybody (2 maids, my mom, guards) and this made my moms secretary resign after 1-2 years of working, just last month.
Plus my body is soooo stiff. Its prolly a state of mind but i really want to do it. Yoga is a whole new lifestyle and im willing to try it out.

I used to drive better using stick… it gets me more focused and here in my country, you need it (believe me, Manila driving is worse than NYC).
