How I did it
How I did it: I decided stretching daily would make me feel better and solve a lot of my problems. I observed women at the gym and took part in some personal fitness classes at school - I also read about good ways to to stretch online. It didn't take much time at all to figure out the basics and try them out. The first week was a bit tough, just remembering to do it. But I fell right into the groove of things in no time at all.
