Violet is my sweet girl Chihuahua. She is 4 1/2 months old and has been with me for 1 week. I adopted her from an ACK breeder in New Jersey. She is pretty well socialized and I am trying to make sure that it stays that way by having friends over frequently. Right now we are having adventures in paper-training and it’s going okay.
She is a very smart girl and already knows her name, the commands ‘come’, ‘eat’ and ‘go get it’.
Needless to say, I am madly in love.

I just bought an indo board. It’s great for off season training. I really like it!!

I just finished a pair of gorgeous yellow socks. I used 1 very long circular needle and knit both socks at the same time. I think it was easier than on standard DNP’s and would encourage those with a bit of knitting experience who want to move on to socks to skip the standard method altogether and just go for it with the one circular. You’ll be so glad when you finish and don’t have to start up with the 2nd of the pair!!
I know people are knitting pairs with 2 circulars, but seriously, I don’t why you’d need the 2nd circular needle. It would just get in the way—which is the main problem with the dpns.
I used instructions the boy who knits blog, which are pretty clear except for casting on.
