How I did it: I've always wanted to get out of America and see more of the world, specifically to spend a semester in Europe somewhere. I've wanted to do it since I was about ten and when I got to college I finally had the opportunity. I made an effort to go to all the open sessions and gather all the information I could on different programs until I found one that was a fit for me in Rome, Italy.
