How I did it: I do yoga at the gym now, it's a class called bodybalance that envolves yoga, pilates and tai chi chuan. I'm loving it. It makes my muscles work but in a very soft way, I really feel like I'm balacing my body, mind and soul. The teacher is great. Read how I did it…

How I did it: I just signed up in a gym and started going, I'm doing it on mond, weds and fridays, 2 hours a day. It makes me feel more healthy, less lazy, I feel my muscles grow, I got more energy to do other things in life... it's amazing! I highly recommend it for anyone! Read how I did it…

I was very close to completing these goal, but life always surprises us with unexpected things and well, aparently there will be a change of plans.
I won’t give up, though. There’s still plenty of life left yet.
