It’s incredible, after I put the goal on the list I went walking twice already, bnut not in the morning. I’m using the free afternoons (since I’m not working) to walk and you know what? It’s nice to know my neighbourhood!

How I did it: I do yoga at the gym now, it's a class called bodybalance that envolves yoga, pilates and tai chi chuan. I'm loving it. It makes my muscles work but in a very soft way, I really feel like I'm balacing my body, mind and soul. The teacher is great. Read how I did it…

Mostly, it’s books and clothes I’m trying to get rid of. Things I don’t use anymore, like baby looks and old books that I read 3 times already, or more. I’m trying to exchange books for the ones I want, and the clothes will go to charity.
