How I did it: Now I have truly decided: it's journalism. It's what I do best. I want to right for magazines, maybe newspapers and someday get in the television journalism, too. My dream is to be an MTV VJ and I'm going to study for this too. Plus, I'll always study, postgrad, maybe that RTV course, courses to be a presenter and all these things I've always wanted to do! How I did it: I do yoga at the gym now, it's a class called bodybalance that envolves yoga, pilates and tai chi chuan. I'm loving it. It makes my muscles work but in a very soft way, I really feel like I'm balacing my body, mind and soul. The teacher is great. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I just signed up in a gym and started going, I'm doing it on mond, weds and fridays, 2 hours a day. It makes me feel more healthy, less lazy, I feel my muscles grow, I got more energy to do other things in life... it's amazing! I highly recommend it for anyone! Read how I did it…
