How I did it: I restricted my calorie intake and as a result have ended up loosing nearly 2 stone, now i am going to focus on making sure what I do it is healthy. I first worked out my BMI then used a calorie counting website to help me with how much i should eat for my height etc. Im a vegetarian too so i had to make sure that i was eating enough of the good things. if it takes a long time it is better as it will change the way you think about food an… Read how I did it…
so today i got up at 7 am and went for a 30 min power walk, i really enjoyed it, i did a bit of exploring of my local area and got to see some early morning activity, i always prefer towns when there are less people.
i don’t think anyone can totally overcome clinical depression but i think that we can learn to cope and accept who we are, i have done this and since i have become more centered and i know where my head is now.
i hope you will all get to a place where you can control those negative emotions and learn to live with them and accept that they are are a part of your life.
