I get paid on the 27th and I’m going to join the YMCA with that money. I know that investing in my health is a good idea. I can’t wait to get started and I will continue to write about my progress. Even if I don’t go and don’t exercise, I still want to keep myself accountable.

Me and Brian went to the archery range to shoot. It’s the first time we’ve went in a long time. We didn’t go all through the summer because of the heat.
I decided we should try to do that at least twice a week.
It felt good to be shooting again. It’s really my meditation.

My relationship with my boyfriend is strained.
