got myself out of the debt mess i created now I’m saving and i dont know how i managed before- i like to keep minimum in my savings and splash out every so often and it feels good knowing there’s still money in the bank

How I did it: By working hard, scrimping every penny. Save as much as you can and try not to waste money on things you dont need. Give yourself a budget and stick to it, take on extra jobs to earn extra cash or do what i did and start a mini at home business, mines making jewellery but make jam for fairs, knit if you can, do someones ironing, anything you enjoy and can make a bit of extra cash. i also delivered phone books last summer a workout and ear… Read how I did it…

Ok so set up a regular transfer from my current account to my savings of £40 a week and it’s building up £440 so far :-) also set up 2 Internet savings accounts 1 for car (insurance, tax & mot costs) and another for pet costs (3 cats having booster injections every year is £100 + emergencies) so getting there with the saving
