Walked 5.5 km everyday for the last 3 days. I always thought it sucks taking long walks alone but it’s actually not that bad :)
Sometimes my friend or my mom comes with me for company but I don’t feel as if it’s necessary to have someone to come along with you.

In the last 5 days I’ve been eating 1400-1500 calories and lost 3.5 pounds. I’m not hungry and I don’t even think about binging.
I ate pizza at 2:30 am (after Israel Independence Day) and lost some weight on the next day – weird.
