One thing at a time 4 weeks ago

I figured that if I started with one thing I might be able to do several later on, but one is easier to stick with in the beginning. So for my thirty day challenge I will give up soft drinks completely. Instead of soft drinks I will drink 8 cups of water each day.

I used to read all the time, and then college hit me and I became extremely busy. Over this Christmas break I realized how much I was missing out on, and I figure that I can find a way to fit in into my schedule somehow. I’m about to finish “Into the Wild” right now, and will be starting on a new book that is in my giant pile of “to read” books.
