I began this several years ago and made some initial progress. I have information back to great-great grandparents on my mother’s side including photos. Sligtly less with photos for my father. About the same for my husband’s father. Much less for my mother-in-law. However, I love the stories, photos, dates, even cemeteries and would love to spend more time and energy on this.

How I did it: I spent a number of years looking for someone who would make me feel worthwhile. When I realized that the Lord had already made me worthwhile just by loving me Himself I was able to begin serving and living as the person He created me to be. He graciously chose to bring to me a partner to serve with. Read how I did it…
For the last 3-4 years I have wanted to lose weight that I have slowly put on in my 40s. I have tried several strategies and most recently had good success with Medi-Weight (appetite suppresant, very low calorie, vitamin supplement injections). I lost 16 pounds over about 5 weeks but felt such complete deprivation that when I fell off the wagon I couldn’t get back on. I haven’t quite gained it all back but I am discouraged.
I would like to build muscle and flexibility that I have never had. I want to be able to be active with my family. I have no real desire to participate in sports. However, I have a very active family and I want to keep up without limping about or huffing and puffing.
