How I did it: I won the safari through an auction. It was at a resort-ish animal compound called Zulu Nyala Game Lodge, located in Richards Bay just outside of Johannesburg, South Africa. How to fix the leaky faucet in the bathtub

How I did it: I noticed a little dribble in the bathtub faucet a few months ago, but thought nothing of it. In the ensuing months, the dribble became a steady stream of leaking water. UGH.I really don't like to deal with this sort of thing, so instead of nipping it in the bud, I let it slide for too long. Kale, Broccoli, & Red Pepper Frittata

This was REALLY yummy and super easy. I basically just sauteed onions & garlic in olive oil, then added fresh broccoli, red peppers, and kale to the mix to cook them down a little.

Meanwhile, I scrambled about 3 eggs and 3 egg whites, shredded cheese, added a little milk, salt, & pepper, then added the veggie mix. Poured the mix into a casserole dish and cooked it at 350 for about 30 mins.

It came out golden brown and scrumptious.
