I forgot to take my half pill one day, and my BP was definitely higher than with it. At the very highest end of “normal.” So, I will have to keep working on the weight and keep on the 1/2 pill for a bit longer. But at least it’s only 1/2 pill now and my BP wasn’t wildly into the red zone.

How I did it: I travel to different regions of the country for my job. While I am on travel, I try and stop at a grocery store for water and such and buy one of the regional grocery store's reusable grocery bag. They usually cost a dollar or so and have their logo on it. I have some generic Walmart ones, but I also have a red piggly wiggly one with a pig on it, and others.
