How I did it: Bought a Chilean Rose tarantuala at petsmart And a 5 gallon aquarium Fed her store bought crickets and whatever bugs my son found around the yard (chemical free yard) She hibernated in the winter when it was cold Read how I did it…
How I did it: Spent several months researching what type of fruit trees would survive and maybe bear fruit in the desert (not many choices) Settled on apples - so then had to figure out which varieties and make sure I had ones that would cross pollinate Ordered bare root, grafted apple trees Tractor with an auger to dig holes Put good dirt in the holes Make a good watering ring around trees Wrap trunks so rabbits couldn't eat bark and kill th… Read how I did it…

I’m supposed to have an upgrade available soon – so when I do, I’m going to get it. In the mean time, I’m going to start saving money for it so that I don’t put it on a credit card. Part of my reward for paying off one big credit card debt and only having one credit card left to pay off.
Due to surgery and doc saying it would help with the post op. I had a half a coke and a few sips of a drink today, but I think if I only have one coke a week, I’ll be ok. I’m not really a drinker, so that’s not an issue. The real trick is going to NOT have coke while on business travel.
Been walking every day on the tread mill at a rapid pace. Two more weeks of rapid (and low impact) walking and I can slowly start back into running again. Takes so darn long to get back all my muscles after the surgery. 6” incision from my belly button down and now there’s no muscle strength any more… but I’m going to get it back and be even stronger.
Surgery solved so many health issues, that I’m not complaining at all! Just a little frustrated that I have to go so slowly in getting my body back in shape.
Drinking water really well. Not as good as right after surgery, but still way better than nearly all times in my life. This may be helping clear up my skin… or maybe that is just due to the hormones settling out.
