so worth it. We learn positive training is a lot more effective than yelling. Sayde learned to go outside for her business faster than Revie. Next puppy (in many years from now) will have the same training technique.

You can do what you want with the decoration and it is a good investment. I have rented for far too long giving the landlord money instead of paying for the house myself. Never too late to learn and go buy your own house.
