I have no choice about this now since my alarm clock has been replaced by a tiny human being. Motherhood comes with an alarm clock that goes off at random, sometimes! I hate getting up early and will always be more of a night owl. Getting up with the baby is ok, though.

Had my baby boy last September. Despite all the sleeplessness and insanity, it was so worth it. Hearing his giggles makes my day!
It helps!

For the past month I have had a salad almost every day as a meal(with the exception of a weekend day or two)—it has definitly helped my lose some weight and be healthier. I hope to continue on this path for a long time.
