Distracted 3 years ago

I received bad news last night, and just wanted to pour into God this morning. I couldn’t do it. It was like there was a wall stopping my prayers and I kept getting distracted. I guess those are the time I should use the P.U.S.H. method of prayer…..pray until something happens.

Eight days….I don’t think you realize how much of an accomplishment that is for me. I normally give up on the vitamins after a fews days, but I’m committed and make sure that I take them with my breakfast.



Lose 5 pounds each month this year

So, I started eating low GI. I had the worst headache I’ve ever had a few days later, I think it was sugar withdrawl, but I’m good now. I’m feeling a lot better the last few days.
