How I did it: I moved back to NY after living and working in London for 14 months at the end of September. I was so frustrated because I applied to so many jobs in NYC and wasn't hearing back for weeks. Finally I got interviews all at once, and recruiters started contacting me. I recommend having this done to anyone. I felt really healthy afterwards and two days later, my skin looks a lot better. I am going to start getting this done regularly. Maybe once per month.
Week 1 is complete and am on week 2 now. I love it and want to run more, but stick to the plan. I find that running makes me want to exercise more in general. I feel so strong and my body is looking good!
