I really find the best way to do it is just to sit down and get it done as fast as possible. Brainstorming and staying up all night with friends and then writing down ideas while having breakfast and coffee is a great start and conditioning yourself to write 5 pages everyday is the main objective. Even if it’s crap, write 5 pages a day. Then move it up to 10 and so on and so forth. Want to stay in shape while doing this? Write while standing up.
