training has become a new thing for me…. its another unreachable goal…. to learn is to train… to excersize is to train…. to practice is to train…. ive had my highs and lows… ive ran 50 miles a week and ive swam for hours straight and ive excersized 8 hours in a day and excersized 10 times in one day…. ive also had my lows… like now… i havent done hardly a thing in a month … sort of … ive failed my physical self by losing just about every effort ive ever put into my body, but ive traded it for knowledge so is it really lost?
