How I did it: We drove through a blizzard to get my ex girlfriend from north carolina so she could see her family for christmas..... the best friends anyone could ever ask for, we spent almost 2 days in the car going from ohio to north carolina..... i drove almost the whole way there..... thats 24 hours of driving straight by the way.... and i did it because i love her still, and i always will, and noone else would do it for her not her friends h… Read how I did it…

Its called 200’s. for 10 days you do 200 pushups/situps. on odd days you do them throughout the day (1,3,5,7,9) even days you do 200 in as few sets as you can (2,4,6,8,10). day 11, 12, 13 you don’t do any. on day 14 you test yourself how many you can do in a row. repeat for ever season of the year. Picture taken after eating literally half a gallon of ice cream.
I forgot about this site but i’m back! Have 4 now. A bull skull across my back a bear pawprint on my chest for love of brotherhood in latin on my chest and a tattoo of an emblem on a challenge coin I got from a major on parris island when I left boot camp.
