So this seems to be one of my more urgent goals, since most of them are more “open ended” goals. But also because in my left shoulder I’ve got some sort of calcium build up. my should almost looks like its out of joint and there’s a big knob between the ball joint and the shoulder blade. I’m not sure if I should go see a doctor or just go to gym more? But its not comfortable at all anymore…

How I did it: I had a fixed amount come off my bank account each month, which ends up being a rather large amount of interest that I pay. R30 000 in total. The scary thing is that over the 4 years I was paying R20 000 comes off, and then for the 5th and final year R10 000 interest. So I decided to pay off the remaining money this month and get it over with. Doing an IBT wan't easy, 2 different banks don't always talk well to each other Read how I did it…
How I did it: I was busy during the day helping people carry stuff and was really tired, but had picked up my camera to take photos. when I got to where the bull was there was a guy I know, so I asked him to hold my camera while I rode. Hold on tight they say, but I think I could have stayed on the whole day if I really tried! Read how I did it…
How I did it: I think one of the solutions was flossing teeth, the other was lots of rest. I don't know if going to the doctor really helped cause I just caught the flu again. I'd say sometimes you just have to wait it out hey! Read how I did it…

ok, so my last entry was about body contact stuff and how awkward that is, which it is, still…
but last week we went over the tango, and if I thought I stepped on toes a lot with foxtrot, tango was a toe stepping failure! Nothing we did worked, at all! Towards the end everytime my foot touched hers I could feel her hand quiver with pain. I felt like a dog!
But this week we did tango again, an we spoke a bit before and looked at our posture, body position and the leg movement and the whole night I only stepped on her once. It was way more fun!
So it goes to show, a bit of talking can go a long way :)
We also have lots of fun doing the east coast swing, that’s a fun, but tiring dance!
Ok, So I’ve been taking ballroom dancing lessons for about 4 months now, and for the most part its been fun and exciting. My partner and I have become good friends. The other night we were learning the fox trot which is a fun dance, but our teacher said everyone had to go into body contact for the dance, which was awkward because we’re not a couple, but our instructor insists that its the way things are at the more advanced level. I kept stepping on her toes, my posture was all wrong. Eish, I need to fix up a lot of things before next week!
