Well… I’m pleased to say that I attended my 1st yoga class in 2 years….and I can’t believe I went so so long…......what a nice hour I can’t wait to go again! I’m a little stiff these days though…..I’m sure that will improve!

Well…..I have to say that I am pretty darn HUNGRY, that and a bit nauseous! ? huh….I drank the smooth move tea and drank only about 20 oz ofthe saline flush and nothing!
I went to work a little nervous about everything kicking in….but NOTHING! Shouldn’t there be something?
I put too much damn pepper in my drink and I can hardly stand to get any of it down….....I’m talking about 12 oz only. It’s making me sick. So now I am drinking Mint tea and I feel better….I smell french fries that my co-workers are eating and they smell nice but not too tempting….but the coffee is! Less spicy drink on day 2~I’m sure I’ll be less hungry.
My friend just finished the IronMan…..I’m so proud of her! I need to get out of my gym and hit the streets. I’m a little hung up about having to go to the bathroom while I’m out there though. Baby steps…
