It’s day 22… and went snowboarding up at Whistler… when i was smoking… snowboarding and having a cigarette on top of the mountain was one of the best thing… and i thought today would be a challenge.. but surprisingly i didn’t even think about it… do i dare to say i have “done this”... when i know so well i may be one cigarette away from starting back again.. when does one know one can confidently say they are back as being a non-smoker?

It’s been awhile since i entered an entry… during the first few days it was hard but reading everyone entries helped me take the focus off myself and made it easier… yes i do have the occasional craving… but these cravings eventually pass… as the days pass since i stop smoking these cravings get rarer and when they do hit it they get shorter…. i hope everyone is doing well… and stay strong…
it’s been a week… and i noticed the craving are at its worse is when i’m doing nothing… must keep busy and not think about it… to help i just picked up a guitar.. and started learning this weekend :).... this guitar maybe my savior..
