Nice sight for getting inspired and off the couch.
okay some of the chicks on here look a little manly and beefy but others are the perfect example of a feminine and slim/toned size 4. I know this post is in direct contrast with my last post because I’m not sure any trainer would recommend fasting while lifting weights. Usually they are pushing the whole “eat 6 little protein meals thoughout the day”—that is just too much eating. I tried it.

how about:
Fast until you feel better.
It is sure to happen at some point. Think about it- think of all the people in the world that are unhappy- a good percent of them are overweight (me about 10 lbs over). So what if we all (not the already skinny ones of course) stopped eating until we felt better- essentially a healthy fast or lower calory diet to focus on either God or the earth or others suffering. Yesterday I read this whole article on how people that are depressed are usually self obsessed- meaning the reason people often feel down starts with them not focusing on God or others and putting too much thought into themselves (negative thoughts).
After fasting and or dieting and focusing thoughts on more important things than food surely we will all feel better for the right reasons. Less gluttony and less self indulgence.
people often eat to fill an empty heart. I know my heart is not empty because I have love for my husband, but maybe it has a hole from some other missing components I need to figure out.
Just food for thought…

I am about ready to pay a life coach to check up with me on my goals. These thank you cards from my JULY wedding are already a little late. In theory I have a year, but in reality this should be done asap. I am embarrassed but I just haven’t been srict enough with myself in getting this to done. grrr! If these are not done by Christmas I am hiring someone to help me…seriously.
