today I was shopping and came across a rather large stock pot, fairly heavy duty…excellent price…i came really close to buying it, specifically because I know it would fit at least one large and maybe two small lobsters. i love eating lobster, and if I don’t have the balls to kill it myself, do I really have any business eating it? :P

How I did it: I've gone to Las Vegas, Utah and New Mexico by myself. I booked the trips using online travel sites (different trips at different times). Try to be safe, esp in cities...get a cab if you think the roads are shady at night, etc. Talk to people! In places like Utah, you can usually find families or other singles to hike with in Nat'l parks, etc. Just relax, and enjoy the time to yourself. I first traveled alone 3 years after I was divorced … Read how I did it…
esp. if you’ve been a processed foodaholic (hanging head in shame). It took me about 5 or 6 weeks to actually look forward to carefully shopping for and picking out all my produce and ingredients, enjoy chopping, washing, blending, smelling the herbs, juicing etc. Now, i can’t imagine why I did not go raw sooner. it is a very MINDFUL way to eat. im only about 80% or so at this point…i will always like some cooked food, i think.
this is a great site for raw recipes: http://www.fromsadtoraw.com/RawRecipes.htm

perhaps it is not for everyone, but there is nothing like a water fast for improved mental clarity, detox, weight loss and “reboot” of your whole system. this is something not to be taken lightly, and research should be done before embarking on a water fast, as well as dietary preparation, mental prep, etc. So worth it…ask me anything – if i don’t know, ill try to help you find an answer =)
