I’ve decided that I need to loosen up my definition of what I call “sketch daily” in order to meet my goal, but I’m ok with this. I figure that even if I hurriedly draw my coffee mug or sketch for 5 minutes in a waiting room, I’m still fulfilling my artistic side and getting some practice. I don’t need to create a masterpiece everyday. I needed to remember that “baby steps” work for most goals. I’m still filling a sketchbook and enjoying myself and that is the point.
