Science done

My science endorsement is posted to my certificate. I have my paperwork together to submit my ESL endorsement and after that I will find out whether or not the state will accept my classes for the art endorsement.

I think I did it

Last night, I had a dream about being in Rachelle’s wedding, and again just wearing my street clothes instead of my Bridesmaid dress. I had this dream the night before her wedding too. But last night, I thought, I’m dreaming this, so I can switch to the right clothes instantly. And I did.
Maybe because I’m sick and not fully, deeply sleeping.
It was cool, though!

Learn Spanish (read all 5 entries…)
Immersion is the key

This is the second year in a row I’ve had a student who speaks only Spanish, and little to no English.
I have been surprising myself with how much I understand, and how I’m able to communicate in Spanish.
My reading is much better than my auditory understanding, but I’m beginning to feel proficient. Not at all fluent, but proficient. Especially when the topic is classroom related.
