5/8/2011 : 30 pounds by when? what was my weight when I set this goal?
I’ve dropped a size (from 14 to 12) since I retired. I was close to having to buy size 16 pants/jeans. Now size 12 are loose and I am closer to buying a size 10 pants/jeans, but still have a way to go
need to revise goal – want to be a size 8 or 10 (then what will I do with all my bigger clothes?)
