i very much need to be cognizant of my role in personal interactions. i tend to dominate conversations and really need to break that habit!

How I did it: just go for it! i tried karaoke and got completely hooked. it's fun to sing in front of complete strangers sometimes because they cheer for you even if you mess up some. they don't really think about it. my husband sometimes tells me what to change b/c he's a musician and knows what to listen for. i hate it. just sing for yourself and it will be fulfilling! How I did it: Got basic college classes out of the way and began the education degree requirements. It took 2 1/2 years to finish, and the last 2 semesters really whipped me into shape. It was an incredible experience to see that I could actually complete the program with good grades and, as of right now, be starting my second year of teaching in one week! Read how I did it…
