i’m 5’3”. my highest recorded weight was 196 but i am sure i went well over that.

i got down to 138 in april but then i got on birth control (it has made me so emotional which causes me to comfort eat like crazy) and went up to 150.

i just want to get down to 130 or 125. i think i’d be so much happier and confident in myself.
