Lose weight

My husband is a personal trainer so I get free gym membership as it is…you think I would be thin huh? Oh no! Don’t get me wrong I’m not obese, just like most women, I want to be thinner. I have recently started Weight Watchers and I have lost 11 pounds so far (in 5 weeks). The diet itself isn’t difficult and I get a real buzz out of seeing my weight fall each week when I am weighed. I recommend WW to anyone serious about weight-loss.
Only 3 stone to go…hurray!
