Thai food is my favorite. Asian food is more difficult to cook at home, so I really enjoy eating at Asian restaurants whenever I go out to eat. I love the soft spring rolls and peanut sauce! And I usually get a mixed vegetable with chicken dish. The penang curry is also very tasty. Recently my favorite Thai restaurant closed, so I haven’t eaten Thai as much as I used to, but I tried another restaurant and the tofu and the ginger salad was very good.

This is one of the hardest things to do. I am very critical, picky, and a perfectionist. It is hard to see things as “a glass half full” rather than a “glass half empty”. I think that I need to improve step by step. If anyone has any advice to think with a positive mind, please feel free to give it. I think, that whenever I think something negatively or wrong, I will ask myself, “what good is coming out of this?” or “why did this happen that will make things better?”. For example, if I didn’t sleep well, instead of complaining, I should tell myself that it helped me to appreciate healthful sleep, and the nice bed and roof I have.
I enjoy taking pictures of people, pets, flowers, and scenery. I wish I did it more often then “cute” moments or on vacations. I hope to just take pictures weekly of every day moments, because photos will always bring up memories. It seems that as I grow older, I forget more and more of the details of events and vacations during my childhood, and I only remember what those photos tell. So I guess photos help keep the memories.
