On it again 1 day ago

Tried about a year ago – went pretty well, and most weeks I’ve been exercising at least once a week. But I want that to be three a week, and I’m doing this goal for the next month now.

Kayak is my kind of vehicle. Same use of muscles as in belly dancing, and as long as I keep training on falling out of the kayak and reentering I will feel safe!
