Ok can someone give me advice where to start to try and build up to a backflip?

I am studying my GCSE and i really want to learn dutch at school. At the moment i am learning german and french. I also did a half year course on spanish a while back but have forgot most unfortunatly:( The language seems to really interest me and some words are quite similar to german which could help me.
